CJP Leader Saurav Das Alleges Abduction, Phone Seizure By Delhi Police

Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das have strongly criticized the Centre following a 24-hour detention by Delhi Police. Saurav Das described the situation as emergency-like, with protesters detained, transport restricted, and internet services shut down in parts of Delhi. He alleged they were "abducted" upon landing, their phones were seized without a seizure memo, and they were denied access to a lawyer. Das also expressed suspicion that their phones may have been hacked or cloned during the detention period.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के नेताओं आशुतोष रांका और सौरव दास ने दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा 24 घंटे तक हिरासत में रखने के बाद केंद्र की कड़ी आलोचना की है। सौरव दास ने स्थिति को आपातकाल जैसा बताया, जिसमें प्रदर्शनकारियों को हिरासत में लिया गया, परिवहन प्रतिबंधित किया गया और दिल्ली के कुछ हिस्सों में इंटरनेट सेवाएं बंद कर दी गईं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि उतरते ही उनका "अपहरण" कर लिया गया, बिना जब्ती मेमो के उनके फोन जब्त कर लिए गए और उन्हें वकील से मिलने नहीं दिया गया। दास ने यह भी संदेह जताया कि हिरासत के दौरान उनके फोन हैक या क्लोन किए जा सकते हैं।
