Avalon Technologies Promoters Sell 6% Stake for Rs 871 Crore

Three promoter entities of Avalon Technologies have divested a 6% stake in the company, raising Rs 871 crore through bulk deals. Bhaskar Srinivasan, KBS Family Trust, and BBS Family Trust sold a combined 13.36 lakh shares each. This transaction reduced the promoters' and promoter group's total holding to 38.4% from 44.39%. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund was a significant buyer, acquiring a 3.59% stake for Rs 521.38 crore. Avalon Technologies shares closed slightly lower on the BSE.
