Yogi Adityanath Performs Mahanisha Puja For State's Well-being

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath performed the Mahanisha puja and havan at Gorakhnath temple on Sunday night during Maha Ashtami. The elaborate ritual, lasting over two hours, included prayers for the prosperity and well-being of the state's people and all living beings. Adityanath, who is also the Gorakshpeethadhishwar, worshipped Goddess Mahagauri and other deities as part of the traditional Gorakshpeeth rituals. The ceremony concluded with prayers for a peaceful and prosperous life for all citizens, followed by the distribution of prasad.
