Praveen K Rai Appointed Observer For Bithoor Nagar Panchayat Bypoll

The divisional commissioner of Kanpur has appointed Praveen Kumar Rai, joint development commissioner, as the observer for the Bithoor Nagar Panchayat bye-election.
