Russia Awards DRDO Veteran SK Mishra For BrahMos Project Success

Russia has honored Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) veteran Sudhir Kumar Mishra with the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of Russia Medal “For Distinction.” The award recognizes Mishra's significant personal contribution to the success of the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile project. Ambassador Denis Alipov highlighted Mishra as an outstanding mind who helped establish the joint venture. This recognition comes during the 25th anniversary of the missile's first test launch, a key example of Indo-Russian military-technical cooperation.

रूस ने रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन (DRDO) के दिग्गज सुधीर कुमार मिश्रा को फेडरल सर्विस फॉर मिलिट्री- टेक्निकल कोऑपरेशन ऑफ रशिया मेडल “फॉर डिस्टिंक्शन” से सम्मानित किया है। यह पुरस्कार ब्रह्मोस सुपरसोनिक क्रूज मिसाइल परियोजना की सफलता में मिश्रा के महत्वपूर्ण व्यक्तिगत योगदान को मान्यता देता है। राजदूत डेनिस अलीपोव ने मिश्रा को एक उत्कृष्ट दिमाग बताया जिसने संयुक्त उद्यम की स्थापना में मदद की। यह मान्यता मिसाइल के पहले परीक्षण प्रक्षेपण की 25वीं वर्षगांठ के दौरान आई है, जो भारत-रूस सैन्य-तकनीकी सहयोग का एक प्रमुख उदाहरण है।
