CPI(M) Leader Condemns Online Attacks Against Actor Mammootty

CPI(M) State Secretariat member P. Jayarajan has condemned online attacks targeting actor Mammootty and DYFI/SFI leaders, stating that a past controversy regarding a Wayanad visit was resolved amicably. He believes vested interests are reviving an old misunderstanding to abuse the actor. Jayarajan emphasized that Mammootty is a public figure cherished by all and his interactions should not be judged politically. He defended the DYFI and SFI leaders' meeting with Mammootty, calling the controversy a narrow political outlook and contrary to Left politics.

सीपीएम राज्य सचिवालय के सदस्य पी. जयराजन ने अभिनेता मामूट्टी और डीवाईएफआई/एसएफआई नेताओं को निशाना बनाने वाले ऑनलाइन हमलों की निंदा की है। उन्होंने कहा कि वायनाड दौरे को लेकर एक पुरानी गलतफहमी को सौहार्दपूर्ण ढंग से सुलझा लिया गया था। उनका मानना है कि कुछ निहित स्वार्थ अभिनेता को गाली देने के लिए पुरानी गलतफहमी को फिर से हवा दे रहे हैं। जयराजन ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि मामूट्टी एक सार्वजनिक हस्ती हैं जिन्हें सभी प्यार करते हैं और उनकी बातचीत को राजनीतिक रूप से नहीं आंका जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने डीवाईएफआई और एसएफआई नेताओं की मामूट्टी से मुलाकात का बचाव किया और इस विवाद को एक संकीर्ण राजनीतिक सोच और वाम राजनीति के विपरीत बताया।
