Ukraine Drone Strike Kills Two in Moscow

A Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region killed two people and hit an oil refinery, authorities reported Sunday. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated the refinery's oil funds the war effort. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported over 1,600 drones intercepted since Saturday, with 450 targeting the capital. This attack occurred during Russia's three-day parliamentary election. Meanwhile, four people died in Russian strikes in Ukraine's Kyiv region.
