A police constable, Devnarayan, who passed away on June 30, received an Ayushman Bharat health message on his phone over 40 days later. His wife, Seema, admitted him to Ambikapur medical college on June 26, where he died during treatment. Despite a death certificate and funeral rites, the message caused confusion.

जून को मरे पुलिस कांस्टेबल देव नारायण को 40 दिन बाद आयुष्मान भारत का हेल्थ मैसेज आया। उनकी पत्नी सीमा ने 26 जून को उन्हें अंबिकापुर मेडिकल कॉलेज में भर्ती कराया था, जहाँ इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई। मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र और अंतिम संस्कार के बावजूद, इस मैसेज से भ्रम फैल गया।
