ED Arrests Ozone Urbana CMD S. Vasudevan in ₹927 Crore Fraud Case

ED has arrested S. Vasudevan, CMD and promoter of Ozone Urbana Infra Developers Private Limited, in connection with a ₹927.22 crore fraud case. The company allegedly took money from homebuyers for flats but failed to deliver possession or refund the amounts. Vasudevan was presented before a special PMLA court and remanded to 14 days ED custody. Multiple FIRs have been filed against the company and its promoters for cheating and criminal conspiracy.

ईडी ने ओजोन अर्बन इंफ्रा डेवलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सीएमडी और प्रमोटर एस. वासुदेवन को ₹927.22 करोड़ के धोखाधड़ी के मामले में गिरफ्तार किया है। कंपनी पर आरोप है कि उसने खरीदारों से फ्लैट के लिए पैसे लिए लेकिन पजेशन नहीं दिया और न ही पैसे वापस किए। वासुदेवन को एक विशेष पीएमएलए कोर्ट में पेश किया गया और 14 दिन की ईडी हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। कंपनी और उसके प्रमोटरों के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी और आपराधिक साजिश के कई एफआईआर दर्ज किए गए हैं।
