Anurag Kashyap Slams SRFTI Clash Violence

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has reacted to the violence at Kolkata's Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI) on Sunday, September 27. A clash erupted between students and members of the Akhil Bharatiya Grahak Panchayat (ABGP) during a programme on campus. Students alleged physical assault, while ABGP claimed their event was disrupted. Kashyap shared the SRFTI Students' Union's account, linking the incident to political allegations of vote rigging in Bengal. Police were deployed to the institute following the confrontation.

फिल्म निर्माता अनुराग कश्यप ने रविवार, 27 सितंबर को कोलकाता के सत्यजीत रे फिल्म एंड टेलीविजन इंस्टीट्यूट (SRFTI) में हुई हिंसा पर प्रतिक्रिया दी है। कैंपस में एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान छात्रों और अखिल भारतीय ग्राहक पंचायत (ABGP) के सदस्यों के बीच झड़प हो गई। छात्रों ने मारपीट का आरोप लगाया, जबकि ABGP ने दावा किया कि उनके कार्यक्रम में बाधा डाली गई। कश्यप ने SRFTI स्टूडेंट्स यूनियन का पक्ष साझा किया और इस घटना को बंगाल में वोटिंग में धांधली के राजनीतिक आरोपों से जोड़ा। इस टकराव के बाद पुलिस को इंस्टीट्यूट में तैनात किया गया।
