Supreme Court Grants Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan 7-Day Relief in Bribery Case

The Supreme Court has granted Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan a seven-day interim relief in a bribery case. The court clarified that the FIR against him will remain intact. However, the Kerala High Court has been given the freedom to independently consider the appeal. The High Court will decide whether any further interim relief should be granted. Meanwhile, the CPI(M) and BJP have traded charges over the matter.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केरल के मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन को एक रिश्वत मामले में सात दिन की अंतरिम राहत दी है। कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि उनके खिलाफ एफआईआर बरकरार रहेगी। हालांकि, केरल हाई कोर्ट को अपील पर स्वतंत्र रूप से विचार करने की स्वतंत्रता दी गई है। हाई कोर्ट तय करेगा कि कोई और अंतरिम राहत दी जानी चाहिए या नहीं। इस बीच, सीपीआई(एम) और बीजेपी ने इस मामले को लेकर एक-दूसरे पर आरोप लगाए हैं।
