Mahadev App Kingpin Saurabh Chandrakar Extradited From Oman To India

Saurabh Chandrakar, the alleged kingpin of the Mahadev betting app syndicate, has been brought to India from Oman by the CBI. The Central Bureau of Investigation, in coordination with other central agencies, completed the extradition process. Chandrakar is wanted in two CBI cases where chargesheets have already been filed, and a prosecution complaint has been filed by the Enforcement Directorate. Following a medical examination and transit remand, he will be presented before a special CBI court in Raipur.

महादेव सट्टेबाजी ऐप सिंडिकेट का कथित सरगना सौरभ चंद्राकर सीबीआई द्वारा ओमान से भारत लाया गया है। केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो ने अन्य केंद्रीय एजेंसियों के साथ मिलकर प्रत्यर्पण की प्रक्रिया पूरी की। चंद्राकर सीबीआई के दो मामलों में वांछित है, जिनमें आरोप पत्र पहले ही दायर किए जा चुके हैं, और प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा अभियोजन शिकायत दायर की गई है। मेडिकल जांच और ट्रांजिट रिमांड के बाद, उसे रायपुर की एक विशेष सीबीआई अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा।
