ओडिशा हाईकोर्ट ने एक जनहित याचिका (PIL) में जमा किए गए दस्तावेजों की जांच का आदेश दिया है। राज्य सरकार ने आरोप लगाया था कि ये दस्तावेज जाली हैं। एक डिविजन बेंच ने राज्य के वकील से कागजात की सच्चाई साबित करने के लिए रिकॉर्ड पेश करने को कहा। यह PIL, नायकगढ़ जिले में एक ग्राम पंचायत विकास योजना की मंजूरी को चुनौती देती है। याचिकाकर्ताओं का आरोप है कि इसे बिना किसी वैध ग्राम सभा प्रस्ताव के मंजूरी दे दी गई थी। अदालत ने बैठक के मिनट्स और स्वीकृत योजना के बीच विरोधाभास पाया, जिसके कारण यह जांच का आदेश दिया गया।
