Former HC Judge To Oversee Sabarimala Melsanthi Selection

The Kerala High Court has appointed former judge Justice V G Arun to oversee the selection of melsanthis for the Sabarimala Sree Dharma Sastha Temple and Malikappuram Temple. Justice Arun will observe interviews scheduled for and be present during the draw of lots. The court has directed that all proceedings be video recorded and mark sheets be maintained securely. The Travancore Devaswom Board must submit a report and related documents. This move aims to ensure transparency in the selection process for the upcoming pilgrimage season.

पूर्व HC जज सबरीमाला मेल्सांथी चयन की निगरानी करेंगे

केरल हाई कोर्ट ने सबरीमाला श्री धर्म शास्त्र मंदिर और मलिकप्पुरम मंदिर के लिए मेलसंथियों के चयन की निगरानी के लिए पूर्व न्यायाधीश जस्टिस वी जी अरुण को नियुक्त किया है। जस्टिस अरुण निर्धारित साक्षात्कारों का अवलोकन करेंगे और लॉटरी निकालने के दौरान मौजूद रहेंगे। अदालत ने निर्देश दिया है कि सभी कार्यवाही की वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की जाए और अंक पत्र सुरक्षित रखे जाएं। त्रावणकोर देवस्वम बोर्ड को एक रिपोर्ट और संबंधित दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे। इस कदम का उद्देश्य आगामी तीर्थयात्रा सत्र के लिए चयन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करना है।
