Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX reported a 236% surge in futures trading volume during the third quarter, from July to September. This growth was driven by expanded derivatives offerings, the introduction of AI-powered trading tools, and enhanced tax-reporting features. Daily futures traders also saw a significant increase of approximately 279% by the quarter's end. The exchange launched USDT-denominated perpetual futures with Indian rupee margin and an AI trading assistant to help users analyze markets and manage positions.
