Bombay HC Judge Restrained After Litigant Attempts To Throw Purse

The Bombay High Court has strongly condemned a litigant who attempted to throw her purse at a judge after an order was passed against her and her three children. Justice Madhav Jamdar noted the litigant's behaviour was inappropriate and amounted to contempt of court. The court was hearing a contempt petition related to an eviction decree. The judge appointed a court receiver to take symbolic possession of the premises, with physical possession to be taken if necessary.

बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने एक वादी की हरकत की कड़ी निंदा की है, जिसने उसके और उसके तीन बच्चों के खिलाफ आदेश पारित होने के बाद जज पर अपना पर्स फेंकने की कोशिश की थी। जस्टिस माधव जामदार ने कहा कि वादी का व्यवहार अनुचित था और यह अदालत की अवमानना ​​के बराबर था। अदालत एक बेदखली की डिक्री से संबंधित अवमानना ​​याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रही थी। जज ने परिसर का प्रतीकात्मक कब्जा लेने के लिए एक कोर्ट रिसीवर नियुक्त किया, और यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो भौतिक कब्जा लिया जाएगा।
