Bullet Train Station to be Built Inside Kanpur City

Kanpur's Member of Parliament, Ramesh Awasthi, has revealed plans for a bullet train station within the city, with proposals for construction near Atal Ghat or via an underground tunnel. The existing route is also being modified to connect Agra directly to Lucknow via Kanpur. This development follows Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav's mention of a North Corridor connecting Delhi to Varanasi, which will significantly reduce travel times between major cities. The new connectivity is expected to boost trade, education, and tourism in Kanpur.

कानपुर शहर के अंदर बनेगा बुलेट ट्रेन स्टेशन अटल घाट के पास या सुरंग से होगा निर्माण

कानपुर के सांसद रमेश अवस्थी ने शहर के अंदर बुलेट ट्रेन स्टेशन बनाने की योजना का खुलासा किया है। इसके लिए अटल घाट के पास या भूमिगत सुरंग के ज़रिए निर्माण का प्रस्ताव है। आगरा से लखनऊ को कानपुर के ज़रिए सीधे जोड़ने के लिए मौजूदा रूट में भी बदलाव किया जा रहा है। यह विकास रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव द्वारा दिल्ली से वाराणसी को जोड़ने वाले नॉर्थ कॉरिडोर का ज़िक्र करने के बाद हुआ है, जिससे प्रमुख शहरों के बीच यात्रा का समय काफी कम हो जाएगा। नई कनेक्टिविटी से कानपुर में व्यापार, शिक्षा और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलने की उम्मीद है।
