The company expects to surpass its full-year profit guidance due to strong operational performance and market growth. Pre-sales in the first half reached Rs 9,670 crore, representing 40% of the annual target. Lodha is also expanding into new markets and investing in data centres to diversify revenue streams, aiming for annuity income to grow tenfold by FY32.

लोढ़ा डेवलपर्स ने FY27 की पहली छमाही में साल-दर-साल शुद्ध लाभ में 63% की बड़ी वृद्धि दर्ज की, जो 2,386 करोड़ रुपये रहा। कंपनी मजबूत परिचालन प्रदर्शन और बाजार वृद्धि के कारण पूरे साल के लाभ अनुमान को पार करने की उम्मीद कर रही है। पहली छमाही में प्री-सेल्स 9,670 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंच गई, जो वार्षिक लक्ष्य का 40% है। लोढ़ा राजस्व धाराओं में विविधता लाने के लिए नए बाजारों में विस्तार कर रहा है और डेटा सेंटर में निवेश कर रहा है, जिसका लक्ष्य FY32 तक एन्युटी आय को दस गुना बढ़ाना है।
