India Joins WTO Russia-EU CBAM Trade Dispute

India has reserved its third-party rights in a WTO dispute between Russia and the European Union concerning the CBAM. The WTO's Dispute Settlement Body has agreed to establish a panel to adjudicate this matter. By joining as a third party, India can observe the proceedings and present its views without becoming a principal party.
