The gang employed individuals on monthly salaries ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, alongside others who received commissions for their roles. This sophisticated operation involved collecting funds via ATMs and cheques, managing safe houses, and recruiting young people from other states. The mastermind, Rahul Kumar, allegedly kept 20% of the withdrawn amounts, with the rest distributed to handlers in Jamtara. The network also involved individuals responsible for account acquisition and logistics.
