Gomti River Floods Lucknow, Water Reaches Hanuman Temple

The Gomti River's rising water levels in Lucknow have inundated low-lying areas and reached religious sites, including the Hanuman temple. Water has entered the temple premises, with the river's level reaching 108.14 meters, approximately eight feet above normal. Authorities are deploying boats for rescue and relief operations in affected areas like Faizullaganj. District officials have directed priority evacuation for pregnant women, children, and the elderly, while relief kits and medical supplies are being distributed to affected families.

लखनऊ में गोमती नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ने से निचले इलाकों में बाढ़ आ गई है और हनुमान मंदिर जैसे धार्मिक स्थलों तक पानी पहुंच गया है। मंदिर परिसर में पानी घुस गया है, नदी का स्तर सामान्य से लगभग आठ फीट ऊपर 108.14 मीटर तक पहुंच गया है। अधिकारी फैजुल्लागंज जैसे प्रभावित इलाकों में बचाव और राहत अभियान के लिए नावें तैनात कर रहे हैं। जिला अधिकारियों ने गर्भवती महिलाओं, बच्चों और बुजुर्गों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निकालने का निर्देश दिया है, जबकि प्रभावित परिवारों को राहत किट और चिकित्सा आपूर्ति वितरित की जा रही है।
