India has sharply responded to Pakistan's remarks on Jammu and Kashmir at the United Nations, stating that Pakistan's civilian governments operate at the mercy of its Army and rarely complete their terms. India exercised its Right of Reply after Pakistan raised the issue of Jammu and Kashmir at the UN General Assembly Third Committee meeting. India categorically rejected Pakistan's remarks, asserting that Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh are integral parts of India.

भारत ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र में जम्मू और कश्मीर पर पाकिस्तान की टिप्पणियों पर तीखा जवाब दिया है। भारत ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान की चुनी हुई सरकारें अपनी सेना के रहमोकरम पर चलती हैं और शायद ही अपना कार्यकाल पूरा कर पाती हैं। संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा की तीसरी समिति की बैठक में पाकिस्तान द्वारा जम्मू और कश्मीर का मुद्दा उठाए जाने के बाद भारत ने अपने 'राइट ऑफ रिप्लाई' का इस्तेमाल किया। भारत ने पाकिस्तान की टिप्पणियों को सिरे से खारिज करते हुए कहा कि जम्मू और कश्मीर और लद्दाख भारत के अभिन्न अंग हैं।
