Special election revision camps in Ranchi experienced sparse attendance on Wednesday, despite efforts to update electoral rolls. Officials cited a recent decision allowing voters to complete formalities from home with the assistance of Booth Level Officers (BLOs) as the reason for the low turnout. While polling stations remained quiet, the district collectorate was busy with BLOs, teachers, and volunteers processing applications.
