Assam Launches RBSK 2.0 With Digital Health Records For Children's Treatment Tracking

Assam has launched Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) 2.0, with digital health records forming the core of the initiative. This new system aims to meticulously track children from the initial detection of health conditions through their treatment and recovery phases. The digital platform will enhance the monitoring of treatment outcomes and ensure consistent follow-ups for children referred to healthcare facilities. The revamped programme will focus on early detection of congenital defects, malnutrition, developmental delays, diseases, and emerging concerns like mental health, diabetes, and hypertension.

असम ने राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम (RBSK) 2.0 लॉन्च किया है, जिसमें डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य रिकॉर्ड इस पहल का मुख्य आधार हैं। यह नई प्रणाली स्वास्थ्य स्थितियों का पता चलने से लेकर उनके इलाज और ठीक होने तक बच्चों को बारीकी से ट्रैक करने का लक्ष्य रखती है। डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म इलाज के नतीजों की निगरानी को बढ़ाएगा और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में भेजे गए बच्चों के लिए लगातार फॉलो-अप सुनिश्चित करेगा। इस संशोधित कार्यक्रम में जन्मजात विकृतियों, कुपोषण, विकासात्मक देरी, बीमारियों और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य, मधुमेह और उच्च रक्तचाप जैसी उभरती चिंताओं का शीघ्र पता लगाने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा।
