कोच्चि आउटर रिंग रोड के लिए 3A नोटिफिकेशन 2024 में फिर से जारी कर दिया गया है। यह छह लेन वाली सड़क अंगमाली और नेटूर को जोड़ेगी। पहले 44 किलोमीटर के इस हिस्से के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी हुआ था, लेकिन कार्रवाई न होने से वह एक्सपायर हो गया था। यह प्रोजेक्ट के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है, जिससे इलाके में आवागमन आसान होगा और ट्रैफिक जाम कम होगा।
