New Zealand's opening batsman Devon Conway has been ruled out of the remainder of the ODI series against India after suffering a concussion. Conway sustained the injury during a training session while fielding, and subsequent medical assessments led to his exclusion. Left-handed batsman Nick Kelly has been drafted into the squad as his replacement. Kelly, who was initially selected for the fourth and fifth ODIs, has now joined the team. This forced change comes after New Zealand lost the first match of the series.
