Anmol Industries Files For $188 Million IPO
Economic Times · stocks
Indian biscuit maker Anmol Industries has filed for an initial public offering worth up to 18 billion rupees. The Baijnath Choudhary & Family Trust, holding an 84% stake, is the sole selling shareholder, meaning Anmol will not issue new shares. Founded in 1994 and based in Kolkata, the company offers biscuits, cookies, and cakes through 70 brands and exports to 31 countries. This filing occurs as primary market activity in India gains momentum after a slow first half of the year.
