Four Robbers Steal 27 Kg Gold, Cash in Dacoity; Caught Hours Later

Four robbers, wearing helmets, executed a daring daylight dacoity at the State Bank of India's Bhokar branch in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. They fired a shot, assaulted six bank employees, and tied them up before fleeing with approximately 27 kg of gold and over 12.5 lakh rupees in cash. However, their escape was short-lived as villagers and police swiftly apprehended three of the robbers and recovered all the stolen valuables within hours. The incident also highlighted a major security lapse, with all eight CCTV cameras at the bank found to be non-functional.
