Rajasthan CM Launches Four Housing Projects Including 144 Flats for Journalists

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has launched four new housing projects by the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB). Among these, 144 flats are specifically allocated for accredited full-time journalists in Jaipur. The projects are located in Jaipur, Kishangarh, and Bhiwadi, offering a mix of flats and independent houses. Sharma stated that the government is committed to fulfilling its 2023 election promises, including those related to housing. The allotment process for these units will be conducted through a transparent lottery system, subject to eligibility criteria.

राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा ने राजस्थान हाउसिंग बोर्ड (RHB) द्वारा चार नई हाउसिंग परियोजनाओं की शुरुआत की है। इनमें से, जयपुर में मान्यता प्राप्त पूर्णकालिक पत्रकारों के लिए विशेष रूप से 144 फ्लैट आवंटित किए गए हैं। ये परियोजनाएं जयपुर, किशनगढ़ और भिवाड़ी में स्थित हैं, जिनमें फ्लैट और स्वतंत्र घरों का मिश्रण पेश किया गया है। शर्मा ने कहा कि सरकार 2023 के चुनाव वादों को पूरा करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, जिसमें आवास से जुड़े वादे भी शामिल हैं। इन इकाइयों के आवंटन की प्रक्रिया पात्रता मानदंडों के अधीन, एक पारदर्शी लॉटरी प्रणाली के माध्यम से की जाएगी।
