CBI Files Supplementary Chargesheet in NEET-UG 2026 Paper Leak Case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a supplementary chargesheet in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case before a Delhi court. The agency alleges that Sheshrav Bajrang Suryawanshi, arrested on September 2, is a close associate of co-accused Shubham Khairnar and played a key role in the leak. This follows an earlier chargesheet against 13 accused, with arrests beginning in May across Rajasthan, Gurugram, Nashik, and Pune. The CBI uncovered the conspiracy through forensic analysis of mobile devices, revealing deleted chats and PDF documents containing leaked questions.

सेंट्रल ब्यूरो ऑफ इन्वेस्टिगेशन (CBI) ने दिल्ली की एक अदालत में NEET-UG 2026 पेपर लीक मामले में एक सप्लीमेंट्री चार्जशीट दाखिल की है। एजेंसी का आरोप है कि 2 सितंबर को गिरफ्तार किया गया शेषराव बजरंग सूर्यवंशी, सह-आरोपी शुभम खैरनार का करीबी सहयोगी है और लीक में उसकी अहम भूमिका थी। यह राजस्थान, गुरुग्राम, नासिक और पुणे में मई में शुरू हुई गिरफ्तारियों के साथ, 13 आरोपियों के खिलाफ पहले की गई चार्जशीट के बाद आया है। CBI ने मोबाइल उपकरणों के फोरेंसिक विश्लेषण के माध्यम से साजिश का खुलासा किया, जिसमें लीक हुए सवालों वाले डिलीट किए गए चैट और PDF दस्तावेज़ सामने आए।
