Ficci Chief: Industry Must Leverage Free Trade Agreements

Ficci chief Anant Goenka stated that the industry must capitalize on opportunities presented by Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) amidst moderating oil prices and robust economic momentum. While automotive and banking sectors show strong growth, manufacturing faces margin stress and IT remains under pressure. The industry is preparing for increased demand with planned capacity additions.

फिक्की के प्रमुख अनंत गोयनका ने कहा कि तेल की कीमतों में नरमी और मजबूत आर्थिक गति के बीच उद्योग को मुक्त व्यापार समझौतों (FTAs) से मिलने वाले अवसरों का फायदा उठाना चाहिए। ऑटोमोटिव और बैंकिंग क्षेत्रों में अच्छी वृद्धि दिख रही है, लेकिन विनिर्माण क्षेत्र मार्जिन के दबाव का सामना कर रहा है और आईटी पर भी दबाव बना हुआ है। उद्योग क्षमता विस्तार की योजना बनाकर बढ़ती मांग के लिए तैयार हो रहा है।
