Bescom Asks Owners of Locked, Vacant Houses to Submit Gruha Jyothi Documents by Oct 31

Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (Bescom) has extended the deadline for the Gruha Jyothi door-to-door survey to October 31. Consumers whose houses were found locked or vacant during the survey are now asked to visit their nearest Bescom sub-division office to submit required documents. This initiative aims to ensure all eligible beneficiaries are covered under the scheme. Bescom identified 16.09 lakh locked houses and 28,519 vacant houses where no one was available to provide necessary information. This is the final opportunity for beneficiaries to verify their documents.

बेंगलुरु इलेक्ट्रिसिटी सप्लाई कंपनी लिमिटेड (Bescom) ने Gruha Jyothi डोर-टू-डोर सर्वे की आखिरी तारीख 31 अक्टूबर तक बढ़ा दी है। जिन उपभोक्ताओं के घर सर्वे के दौरान बंद या खाली मिले थे, उनसे अब अपने नजदीकी Bescom सब-डिवीजन ऑफिस जाकर ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़ जमा करने को कहा गया है। इस पहल का मकसद यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि सभी योग्य लाभार्थी इस स्कीम के दायरे में आएं। Bescom ने 16.09 लाख बंद घर और 28,519 खाली घर पाए थे, जहाँ ज़रूरी जानकारी देने के लिए कोई मौजूद नहीं था। यह लाभार्थियों के लिए अपने दस्तावेज़ों को वेरिफाई करने का आखिरी मौका है।
