एचडीएफसी बैंक ने जिमी टाटा को तीन साल के लिए एग्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर नियुक्त किया है। यह नियुक्ति भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की मंजूरी पर निर्भर है। जिमी टाटा, जो फिलहाल बैंक के चीफ क्रेडिट ऑफिसर हैं, बैंकिंग और वित्तीय सेवाओं में 35 साल से ज़्यादा का अनुभव रखते हैं। इस नियुक्ति से बोर्ड की संरचना में तालमेल, निगरानी और उत्तराधिकार योजना को बेहतर बनाने में मदद मिलेगी।
