Kumaraswamy Proposes 15-Year Cap on Govt Jobs

Union minister HD Kumaraswamy has proposed limiting government job tenures to 10-15 years, followed by a monthly pension of Rs 8,000-10,000. He believes this policy, if implemented by his party in 2028, would allow more households to access public employment. Kumaraswamy suggested that retiring employees could then work in the private sector. He also advocated for transparent recruitment processes, accountability for exam irregularities, and a fixed annual hiring calendar for government positions.

केंद्रीय मंत्री HD कुमारस्वामी ने सरकारी नौकरियों की अवधि को 10-15 साल तक सीमित करने का प्रस्ताव दिया है, जिसके बाद 8,000-10,000 रुपये की मासिक पेंशन मिलेगी। उनका मानना है कि यदि उनकी पार्टी 2028 में इस नीति को लागू करती है, तो अधिक परिवारों को सार्वजनिक रोजगार तक पहुंचने का मौका मिलेगा। कुमारस्वामी ने सुझाव दिया कि सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी तब निजी क्षेत्र में काम कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने सरकारी पदों के लिए पारदर्शी भर्ती प्रक्रियाओं, परीक्षा अनियमितताओं के लिए जवाबदेही और एक निश्चित वार्षिक भर्ती कैलेंडर की भी वकालत की।
