Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has directed power utility officials to boost daily thermal power generation to 140 million units (MU) to meet rising energy demand. This directive comes amid a slump in hydel power generation due to El Nino and anticipated increases in agricultural, domestic, and industrial needs during the Rabi and summer seasons. The Deputy CM stressed improving the Plant Load Factor (PLF) of all thermal units to ensure uninterrupted supply.

तेलंगाना के उप मुख्यमंत्री मल्लू भट्टी विक्रमार्क ने बिजली उपयोगिता अधिकारियों को बढ़ती ऊर्जा मांग को पूरा करने के लिए दैनिक थर्मल बिजली उत्पादन को 140 मिलियन यूनिट (एमयू) तक बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया है। यह निर्देश अल नीनो के कारण हाइडल बिजली उत्पादन में आई गिरावट और रबी और गर्मी के मौसम के दौरान कृषि, घरेलू और औद्योगिक जरूरतों में अपेक्षित वृद्धि के बीच आया है। उप मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्बाध आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी थर्मल इकाइयों के प्लांट लोड फैक्टर (पीएलएफ) में सुधार पर जोर दिया।
