Chinese smartphone shipments in India have seen their sharpest decline in a decade, falling 26% in the July-September quarter to 3.58 crore units. This drop, attributed to price hikes and reduced supply by manufacturers, marks the lowest third-quarter shipment since 2016. Samsung has overtaken Vivo to claim the top spot, with Chinese brands' market share shrinking from 75% to approximately 68%. Vivo and Xiaomi experienced significant shipment drops of 34% and 28% respectively, while Oppo also saw a 24% decline.
