Lavrov Calls Bucha Incident Cynical Farce

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has described the events in Bucha as a "most cynical farce." He stated this at the Dialogue on Fakes 4.0 international forum, referring to footage of alleged civilian killings. Lavrov noted that Russian forces withdrew from the area near Kyiv, including Bucha, on March 30, 2022. He contrasted this with Western media reports released days later showing bodies on the streets.
