AceVector IPO Opens Today For Subscription

AceVector Ltd., the parent company of Snapdeal, launched its Rs 420 crore IPO on September 25, 2026, which will be open for three days. The book-built issue includes a fresh issue of 8.97 crore shares and an offer for sale of 4.16 crore shares. The price band is set at Rs 30-Rs 32 per share, with a lot size of 468 shares. The company plans to use IPO proceeds for marketing, technology, and acquisitions. AceVector's total income rose 32% to Rs 538 crore in FY26, while its net loss narrowed.
