Following the Chhath festival, specific criteria for teacher selection will be finalized, and target countries with advanced education systems will be identified. Teachers will be chosen based on merit, academic qualifications, and active participation in school activities, with applications submitted through district education officers.

बिहार सरकार चुनिंदा शिक्षकों को आधुनिक शिक्षण विधियों और प्रणालियों का अध्ययन करने के लिए विदेश भेजने की पहल कर रही है। इसका उद्देश्य वैश्विक शिक्षा मॉडल को समझना और उन्हें बिहार के स्कूलों में लागू करना है, जिससे छात्रों के लिए शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हो सके। छठ पर्व के बाद, शिक्षक चयन के लिए विशिष्ट मानदंडों को अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा, और उन्नत शिक्षा प्रणालियों वाले लक्षित देशों की पहचान की जाएगी। शिक्षकों का चयन योग्यता, शैक्षणिक योग्यता और स्कूल की गतिविधियों में सक्रिय भागीदारी के आधार पर किया जाएगा, और आवेदन जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों के माध्यम से जमा किए जाएंगे।
