उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि राज्य महिलाओं की सुरक्षा संबंधी चिंताओं से आगे बढ़कर सुरक्षा और सशक्तिकरण पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने लगा है। उन्होंने अपराध के प्रति शून्य-सहिष्णुता नीति, प्रौद्योगिकी-आधारित निगरानी और त्वरित पुलिस कार्रवाई को प्रमुख कारक बताया। मिशन शक्ति और सेफ सिटी परियोजना जैसी पहलों ने सुरक्षा ढांचे को मजबूत किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस बल में महिलाओं की भागीदारी में भी उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि का उल्लेख किया, जो 10,000 से बढ़कर 44,000 से अधिक हो गई है, जिसमें 20% आरक्षण है। आदित्यनाथ ने 'सशक्त नारी, समृद्ध उत्तर प्रदेश' के प्रति सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता पर जोर दिया।
