A 19-year-old student, Dhruv Karjagi, tragically died after a kite string, known as manja, slit his neck while he was riding a motorcycle near the National Highway in Gandhinagar. He was on his way to an examination on Thursday, having borrowed a relative's motorcycle. The incident caused severe bleeding, and he passed away at the scene. The North Traffic Police have registered a case and are currently investigating the unfortunate event.
