Sebi Confirms Curbs on Rajesh Exports Over Financial Disclosure Concerns

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has confirmed its interim directions against Rajesh Exports and its chairman Rajesh Mehta. The market regulator cited pending concerns regarding the company's financial disclosures, consolidation of overseas subsidiaries, and alleged routing of funds through related parties. Sebi noted that information sought during its investigation remains outstanding or was submitted incompletely. The order restrains Mehta from dealing in the company's securities until further notice, as the material on record does not sufficiently eliminate the concerns under investigation.

भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) ने राजेश एक्सपोर्ट्स और उसके चेयरमैन राजेश मेहता के खिलाफ अपने अंतरिम निर्देशों की पुष्टि की है। बाजार नियामक ने कंपनी के वित्तीय खुलासे, विदेशी सहायक कंपनियों के समेकन और संबंधित पक्षों के माध्यम से धन के कथित हस्तांतरण के संबंध में लंबित चिंताओं का हवाला दिया। सेबी ने कहा कि उसकी जांच के दौरान मांगी गई जानकारी अभी भी बकाया है या अधूरी प्रस्तुत की गई थी। यह आदेश मेहता को आगे के नोटिस तक कंपनी की प्रतिभूतियों में सौदे करने से रोकता है, क्योंकि रिकॉर्ड पर मौजूद सामग्री जांच के तहत चिंताओं को पर्याप्त रूप से समाप्त नहीं करती है।
