Allegations Against Oommen Chandy Fabricated, K. Babu Tells Court

Former Minister K. Babu testified in court that allegations against former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy were fabricated as part of a political conspiracy by K.B. Ganesh Kumar. Babu stated that Ganesh Kumar allegedly conspired against Chandy after being denied re-entry into the cabinet. He claimed a forged 25-page document with fabricated allegations against Chandy was submitted to the Solar Judicial Commission. The Kerala High Court later expunged these remarks, and investigative agencies dismissed the allegations as baseless.

पूर्व मंत्री के. बाबू ने कोर्ट में गवाही दी कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ओमन चांडी के खिलाफ आरोप, के. गणेश कुमार द्वारा रची गई एक राजनीतिक साजिश के तहत गढ़े गए थे। बाबू ने कहा कि गणेश कुमार पर आरोप है कि कैबिनेट में दोबारा शामिल न किए जाने पर उन्होंने चांडी के खिलाफ साजिश रची थी। उन्होंने दावा किया कि चांडी के खिलाफ मनगढ़ंत आरोपों वाला 25 पन्नों का एक जाली दस्तावेज़ सोलर ज्यूडिशियल कमीशन को सौंपा गया था। बाद में केरल हाई कोर्ट ने इन टिप्पणियों को हटा दिया था, और जांच एजेंसियों ने आरोपों को निराधार बताकर खारिज कर दिया था।
