AT Capital Invests ₹5000 Crore in Indian Real Estate via Experion

Singapore-based AT Capital Group has cumulatively invested approximately ₹5,000 crore in Indian real estate through its developer Experion. The company plans to invest an additional ₹10,000 crore over the next five to seven years, with a focus on the National Capital Region. Since entering the market in 2006, Experion has completed 12 projects spanning residential, commercial, and retail spaces, covering 11 million square feet. Experion Developers reported sales of ₹3,700 crore in FY26, nearly doubling from the previous year, indicating strong market demand.

सिंगापुर की AT Capital Group ने अपने डेवलपर Experion के ज़रिए भारतीय रियल एस्टेट में कुल मिलाकर लगभग ₹5,000 करोड़ का निवेश किया है। कंपनी अगले पांच से सात सालों में ₹10,000 करोड़ और निवेश करने की योजना बना रही है, जिसमें National Capital Region पर खास ध्यान दिया जाएगा। 2006 में बाज़ार में आने के बाद से, Experion ने आवासीय, वाणिज्यिक और खुदरा जगहों में 12 प्रोजेक्ट पूरे किए हैं, जो 11 मिलियन वर्ग फुट में फैले हैं। Experion Developers ने FY26 में ₹3,700 करोड़ की बिक्री दर्ज की, जो पिछले साल से लगभग दोगुनी है, यह बाज़ार की मज़बूत मांग को दर्शाता है।
