Abhijeet Dipke's Family Unsure If He Can Attend Grandmother's Last Rites

Abhijeet Dipke, founder of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), was detained by Delhi police on Saturday, hours before his paternal grandmother, Savitribai Dipke, passed away at 85. His family remains uncertain if he can attend her funeral rites, as they have been unable to contact him since his detention. Dipke's father questioned the grounds for his son's detention, accusing authorities of targeting him. His mother expressed hope he would attend but acknowledged the uncertainty. CJP alleges lawyers have also been denied access to Dipke.

कॉकक्रोच जनता पार्टी (CJP) के संस्थापक अभिजीत दिपके को शनिवार को दिल्ली पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया था, उनकी पैतृक दादी, सावित्रीबाई दिपके, के 85 साल की उम्र में निधन के कुछ घंटे पहले। उनका परिवार अभी भी अनिश्चित है कि क्या वह उनके अंतिम संस्कार में शामिल हो पाएंगे, क्योंकि हिरासत में लिए जाने के बाद से वे उनसे संपर्क नहीं कर पाए हैं। दिपके के पिता ने उनके हिरासत में लिए जाने के आधार पर सवाल उठाया और अधिकारियों पर उन्हें निशाना बनाने का आरोप लगाया। उनकी माँ ने उम्मीद जताई कि वह शामिल होंगे लेकिन अनिश्चितता को स्वीकार किया। CJP का आरोप है कि वकीलों को भी दिपके तक पहुँचने से मना किया गया है।
