Unauthorized demonstrations in Jantar Mantar or other restricted Delhi areas are now subject to strict legal action, including potential imprisonment. Violations of prohibitory orders, such as Section 144 of the CrPC or Section 163 of the BNSS, can lead to detention, fines, or jail time.
