A 19-member US congressional delegation will attend the annual UN climate summit in Turkey, despite President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw the country from the Paris Agreement. Representative Sean Casten stated the delegation will play an important diplomatic role, conveying that America has spoken and that many global challenges are shared. Members will meet with policymakers, civil society groups, and business leaders to explore renewed US engagement on climate, energy, and economic policy. State and local leaders are also traveling under the 'America is All In' coalition.
