Delhi Heritage Mosque Near PM Modi's Residence Gets Eviction Notice

A heritage mosque located near Prime Minister Narendra Modi's official residence in Delhi has received an eviction notice. The Land and Development Office, under the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, stated the structure is on government land and is unauthorized. Mosque authorities have been directed to vacate the premises within six days. Representatives reported that electricity and water supplies to the mosque have also been disconnected. The mosque is listed as a heritage property by the New Delhi Municipal Council.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दिल्ली स्थित सरकारी आवास के पास एक ऐतिहासिक मस्जिद को बेदखली का नोटिस मिला है। आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय के अधीन भूमि एवं विकास कार्यालय ने कहा कि यह ढांचा सरकारी जमीन पर है और अनधिकृत है। मस्जिद के अधिकारियों को छह दिनों के भीतर परिसर खाली करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। प्रतिनिधियों ने बताया कि मस्जिद की बिजली और पानी की आपूर्ति भी काट दी गई है। नई दिल्ली नगर परिषद द्वारा मस्जिद को एक विरासत संपत्ति के रूप में सूचीबद्ध किया गया है।
