Sebi Approves Four IPOs Including Cult.fit and Eswari Global Metal

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has approved four initial public offerings (IPOs) for the week ending October 16. These include filings from Sohan Lal Commodity Management, Eswari Global Metal Industries, Cult.fit, and an OFS-only issue by Indian Gas Exchange. Meanwhile, the IPO of Fusion CX saw a subscription of 4.45 times on its final day. Zetwerk Manufacturing's IPO was subscribed 31% on its second day, having raised Rs 2,251.23 crore from anchor investors.
