महाराष्ट्र फूड एंड ड्रग एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन कमिश्नर तुकाराम मुंडे ने अपने तबादले की खबरों को खारिज कर दिया है। एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में मुंडे ने साफ किया कि वे FDA महाराष्ट्र के कमिश्नर के तौर पर काम करते रहेंगे। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि असुरक्षित, निम्न गुणवत्ता वाले और मिलावटी भोजन के साथ-साथ नकली दवाओं के खिलाफ चल रही लड़ाई बिना किसी रुकावट के जारी रहेगी। उनके इस बयान का मकसद अटकलों पर विराम लगाना और अपनी भूमिका तथा विभाग के मिशन के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि करना है।
